As a comprehensive, “full person” assessment, the PXT Select™ assessment measures: 

  • An individual’s Cognitive Ability, Behavioral Traits, and Interests  
  • How well the individual fits specific role(s) within an organization 
  • Where the largest gaps lie between individual applicants and job requirements 

How It Works 

With the use of our extensive library and the help of a PXT Select™ expert, the manager completes a performance model. 

Candidates are then sent a request to take the online assessment, which takes about 60 minutes. 

Assessment results are scored and benchmarked against the performance model to evaluate the degree of Job-Person Fit, then sent to the manager. 

Profile results highlight gap areas and guide interview discussions, ensuring the right candidates are hired into the right roles.
